Through thoughtfully curated activities that spark creativity and reflection, this retreat creates space to listen inward and realign with what wants to grow.
Across the days, we will weave together grounding and uplifting yoga practices, nourishing face yoga, guided journaling, and moments of quiet inspiration. Each element is designed to gently awaken your inner resources, clear stagnation, and support a sense of renewal — physically, emotionally, and mentally.
This retreat is not about pushing or transforming overnight, but about preparing the soil: restoring trust in your own rhythm, reconnecting to your inner light, and stepping into spring 2026 feeling rooted, inspired, and ready for what’s next.

Each morning begins with an invigorating, energizing practice designed to awaken the body and mind and set a clear, inspired tone for the day. Through dynamic yet mindful movement, conscious breath, and moments of grounding awareness, this practice stimulates circulation, builds vitality, and reconnects you with your inner strength. Restorative evening practice designed to gently unwind the nervous system and prepare the body for deep rest. Through slow, nourishing movement, yin postures, and soothing face yoga, this practice invites softness, release, and ease. Led by Alina.

Optional Journalling and poetry workshops to reconnect to yourself and discover a voice which has a theraupetic and inspirational effect.

Each participant will receive a complimentary Ayurvedic Spring Guide to take home. This thoughtfully created guide offers simple, practical insights into seasonal self-care, daily rituals, and gentle adjustments to support digestion, energy, and clarity during spring. Designed to be easy to integrate into everyday life, it serves as a grounding companion beyond the retreat.

Nourishing meals are an essential part of the Inner Spring retreat, designed to support digestion, energy, and gentle renewal. Shared around the table, these meals become moments of connection and presence — offering not only nourishment for the body, but also a sense of ease, warmth, and support as you move through the retreat.
L’Hort de la Riera is a beautifully restored 18th-century casa rural nestled in the peaceful natural landscape at the foot of Montserrat, offering an idyllic setting for retreats and wellbeing gatherings. Surrounded by lush gardens, open outdoor spaces, and tranquil views, it invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with nature’s rhythms. Each guest enjoys a private, light-filled room with its own bathroom, providing comfort and intimacy throughout your stay. The property includes wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces — from the spacious Sala Ámbar and yoga-friendly shalas to serene garden corners perfect for journaling sessions, mindful walks, or quiet reflection in nature’s embrace.
