About Alex:
Alex discovered Ayurveda during her Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, and immediately, everything fell into place. Learning to live and nourish herself according to my Ayurvedic constitution has been one of the greatest tools of self-knowledge. Since then, she has been fascinated with this sister science of yoga, and studying it in various courses.
“To me, Ayurvedic living and cooking are about understanding ourselves better and knowing what is best for us in terms of self-care and ingredients. Ayurveda supports us through life’s changes—whether it’s the seasons, age, circumstances, stress levels, life events, spiritual practice, or ailments—helping us live healthier, more conscious lives in alignment with who we are.
I am excited to share with you delicious, simple, and nourishing food that will support you through the summer season. We will also discuss what to favour and what to avoid during summer, explore cooling ingredients, and share tips for thriving in hotter weather.”
